*Limited Repair/Replacement Coverage*

Products may be eligible for repair or replacement in the event of a manufacturing defect, subject to the following conditions:

- The item is returned unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories are included
- The claim is made within the applicable return window and complies with Luxiqo's return policy

*Definition of "New and Unused"*

For a product to qualify as new and unused, it must be free of scratches, marks, or blemishes, and must not have been resized, altered, or modified in any way.

*Non-Returnable Items*

Luxiqo cannot accept returns on any item showing signs of use, wear, or alteration, except where mandated by applicable law.
